Q. How do I create a Username and Password?
To create a unique Username and Password, you will need the order confirmation number that was referenced in your online order. If you do not have a record of it, your order number can be found in your emailed issues. Q. My Username and Password does not work.
A. Remember, your Password is case sensitive, so you must type it in exactly the way you set it up.
Q. I forgot my Username and Password. What do I do?
A. If you've forgotten either your Username or Password, we can email them to you at the email address you provided when you signed up. Click here for this option. If you didn't provide an email address, you can call Customer Service at 800-211-6359, and one of our agents will assist you.
Q. I just subscribed to the service, but I don't know my order number.
A. You received an order number in the confirmation email that was delivered to you when you completed your order online. You will also see it referenced in your first emailed issue and can then use it to set up your Username and Password. If you did not place your order online, then you may call our Customer Service team at 800-211-6359 for assistance. In the meantime, you can enter the site using "newuser" as your Username and the temporary Password you received if you subscribed online.
Q. I already gave you an email address when I signed up for the service, why do I have to give it to you again?
A. The email you gave us when you created your Username and Password will be used only to send you an email if you forget your Username and Password. For security purposes, we keep this information separate from your other account information, so it is possible for you to have more than one email address on record with us.
Q. How do I change my Username and Password?
If you have already created a unique Username and Password, click here to change it.
You will be unable to change the temporary Username and Password you received when you first signed up to this service. You must first create a personal Username and Password. This will require your order number which can be found within your emailed issue.
Q. If I'm an AOL user, how do I ensure that I receive all emails from Jon Markman?
A. As an AOL user, you are able to take advantage of many of the new and improved features offered with the release of the new versions of AOL. One of these features allows the user to distinguish email from known sources versus email from unknown sources.
To ensure that you receive special email messages about the Trader's Advantage service, please take a moment to add Jon Markman to your address book. This can be done by simply completing the three steps below:
- Open an email message that you have received from Jon Markman.
- On the far right side of the open email message, click on the Add Address icon.
- A separate window will appear called Contact Details. Click "Save" in the bottom left-hand corner of the window and this will add Jon Markman's address to your address book.
